  • And also M&A showing you have complete power to manage the company.

Therefore

Extract from government record

  1. Go to ICRIS (The Cyber Search Centre of the Integrated Companies Registry Information System) ;
  2. Login as Un-registered user;
  3. [ Search ] and [ Image Record ], key in your company number (can be found in the Certificate of Incorporation of your company);
  4. Then, you can see a list of documents filed in government; and
  5. You can request extract of them by paying a fee.
